So where do i start. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is as good as it can be. However, the hotel its self is nothing special. It's slap bang in the middle of what I can only describe as a derelict street. The room we stayed in had a really nice view of a council estate street, the room was small, and the bed was tiny. The pillows were as thin as paper and needed to get an extra 4 just to make them into a normal sized pillow. No food served here, but 2 nice bars. Please see my attached photos.

Went to a christening in th function room. All.was ok. Very good prices

Friendly staff and very helpful. Renovated 7 years ago and it appears to be ready for another.

Very good location for working at the shipyard just a short walk across the bridge. Free parking available on a first come basis. Rooms are adequate, but a lack of desk space can be a pain if you need to work. Internet access is fast, free and coverage is excellent.
