The food is surprisingly delicious, and we all love the atmosphere! Friendly staff and great service. We will definitely be back again. It’s a pity that England didn’t win the match today, what a shame…
Myself and a friend of mine had a meal here on Wednesday 06/05/24. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were all extremely polite and courteous and the food and drink were also reasonably priced as well. We will definitely come back again!Food: 5/5
Welcome range of five Hyde's cask ales. We took refuge in here from a thunderstorm and sadly the roof was a bit leaky. It was very busy probably due to United being on the telly and the atmosphere slightly subdued as Arsenal had beaten at Old Trafford . Despite the leak it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience in an area seemingly devoid of great pubs.
Family meal ,6 of us.. Service with professionalism from Ebony, she was very polite with a smile and engaged my 2 young grandaughters who thought she was fabulous. Food was lovely and arrived hot and extremely tasty. However, whilst at the bar ordering drinks , another member of staff , female , young with gingery hair, said "I'm going outside for a smoke" . Another member of staff a young male seemed to be very work shy and stood about Scowling at people. Thank goodness Ebony saved the day.
Great pub! Team made me feel welcome. Great beer and tasty food. Highly recommendFood: 5/5
3 of us went today to try the Sunday roast and was not disappointed everybody around the table enjoyed it very much so compliment to the chef and staff and would definitely recommendFood: 5/5
At times busy traditional drinking pub, & other times a family pub, a good mixFood: 4/5
Three of us arrived here mid-afternoon, tired and hungry. The place was lively and busy. Despite this, we were quickly served with a most satisfying meal and drinks. Well prepared and presented, portions of a size to satisfy any appetite. A comfortable, cheerful hostelry in the heart of a pleasant little community. Well worth a vist. Parking: A couple of dozen off-road parking spots in their own car-park.
Good hydes pub in Ashton on mersey. Serves range of hydes session beers. All under 4% barring one I think. Good local place to meet up and have couple of pints. Shows sports on TV, pool and darts, serves food. Large patio area out back.
I go in often with my client who's disabled my client bought a drink unfortunately as she got to the table she knocked it over I honestly thought they would of replaced her drink free of charge as she hadn't even took a sip .but no my client bought herself yet another drink .my clients unsteady on her feet and has a brain injury .all this pub thinks about is taking money and no respect for it's customers .I used to enjoy coming here with my client not anymore though.
