The Old Barn

About

Traditional Real Ale Pub

Story

Set way back from the road beside a tinkling stream, The Old Barn is exactly that - a quirky old barn, built circa 1759 on one of the oldest Grade II Listed sites in Wraxall, dating back to the 1500's.
We pride ourselves on our well-kept ales, most of which are served direct from the barrel. Come and enjoy a relaxed pint next to a roaring fire in the winter and enjoy our beautiful extensive grounds in the summer.
We provide a large heated, tented smoking area and dogs are very welcome.

A quirky little gem of a pub! It has a festival feel with lots of covered outside seating and different areas for private parties and just chilling out. The pub itself is very old and quaint - and most importantly is in an old barn. My only slight complaint is there is no food but that's not enough to lose a point as this is a proper pub full of character and a great atmosphere!

Only just found this place. Should have gone here before! Went there after picking son up from local school. It was great to sit outside, in the garden, in the sun with the kids running around an playing. Good beer too.

Very quaint and great stop for drinks and a picnic, friendly staff even filled up our water bottles for us before we cycled off. Will definitely be back.
