The team were kind, professional and knowledgeable during a recent trip for my daughters vaccination. My daughter didn’t seem to feel a thing and was well distracted by the lovely nursing and reception staff. They also went above and beyond when I experienced some car troubles. I could not recommend this surgery enough. Thanks again.

Dr Eccleston is a wonderful doctor. I visited for BHRT after surgical menopause. It was explained to me in very clear terms what was happening in relation to my hormones and what the benefits of BHRT were. This has since made an amazing difference to my quality of life. Thank you so much for your excellent, professional service. I would recommend to anyone who wants the best treatment. Life changing.

I went to get hep a vaccines for my children, when we got there i was surprised to see thet had got us down for differnet injections then the ones i booked appontmnt for, the recepsionists looked very confused and got me a bit worried as to do they even know what they are doing?, i just hope they did put the right injections as they refused to give me a reciept at the end which i did not understand why? As i should have got a reciept as i paid for the injections, so i will not be using them again and would advise everyone to be careful when you go there, i just wish i had not gone there . I did not consent to you to put the hep a and b vacinne thats what i was concerned about as you are still saying i did, you yoursrlf when checked the appoinment properly after i pointed it out at you said i was booked for hep a only so i dont know why your lying, plus i did not recieve no email with any info and would appreciate if you would send me some kind of proof that my children actully recievd the right injections , after this comment you have made im more concerned as i never booked an appointment for hep a n b vaccine it was just for hep a....

Had meningitis B Jabs for my two daughters. The nurses were lovely but the receptionists and front of house staff could do with working on their people skills! They barely looked up from their desks both times I've been in and certainly make no attempt at conversation. They did the job fine but were unfriendly unfortunately.
