Don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely useless. The reception staff and surgery are a waste of space. Stay on hold on the phone for 10 mins to be told I need a call off the doctor to book an appointment. Then doesn't bother phoning. Will give them a round of f***s tomorrow.

FAO Doctor Hall-Green. I spoke to you today (GP First appointment) You are by far the most rude Doctor I have ever spoken to. I rang regarding hydranitis and the fact I'm in agony - you said about quitting smoking and loosing weight which is fair enough because neither are healthy, I turned round as a joke and said well they cause more than 1 problem and you took it funny - stating you was trying to help and I wasn't having any of it. Ok doctor let me just quit smoking and loose weight in the split second on the phone call? I'm sure that cures EVERYTHING. I wasn't rude once to you, you was so, so rude and hung up the phone on me. I hope I never have to deal with you again, I will make sure of it. If all doctors was like Sanj this surgery would be outstanding. Sue on reception is amazing, Jade (nurse) is amazing. Blagan and HallGreen need training a lot more on people skills and I would advise it is done by the people mentioned above. I should have been seen in surgery indefinitely.  If you would have actually opened your ears and listened you would have heard my symptoms and there may have been a different outcome. Sanj, Sue and Jade please give yourselves a HUGE pat on the back as without you this surgery would not be running. Thankyou.

Just been to try and get a appointment/cancellation for my son who has an eye infection , who ever the receptionist is , is the most arrogant unhelpful wast of space I have come across in some time.A total idiot..sacking isn't good enough...i was given more help from a waiting patient (who ever you were"thanks").

Trying to get through on the phone is a complete joke.Tried on two occasions different times still no joy I shall be changing to another surgery👎👎

New patient there. Booking appointments has been quick and easy. My l.o was unwell and we were seen almost straight away. Doctors have been nice. Some reception staff have not been very pleasant though. Overall rating 3 due to receptionists.
