I had a breast reduction performed by Mr Ali 9 weeks ago. I went from a 38h to a 38d. I can't believe he has cut 5 and a half pounds of fat and skin off and made them look so neat and pert. I'm so glad I finally got the courage to have this procedure. Mr Ali is a fantastic surgeon and a friendly and reassuring person and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting the same operation
