Dr Diatz , doctors and staff at the practice have been extremely helpful, kind, considerate to me for 13 years and have gone out their way to assist me. I am extremely happy with the service and have full trust in the advice and assistance they give - QCB

On hold for 10 minutes and they hung up on me. It's an emergency and I need a form filled in before I can see a specialist. Livid and in agony with my spine. Cannot believe the utter cheek of it!!

The doctors are always confusing and unhelpful, also very dismissive. The front staff is the most atrocious. They never want to help, will literally stare at you and do nothing while you're waiting for help at the front desk, and always abrupt. I've never not had someone help me with a rude tone of voice treating me like I'm stupid!

Bad customer service, bad doctor service last time i had three complains she listened to two and she said book another appointment to your third complain even i didnot complete 10 minutes. I was very upset as i have kids and cannot leave them everyday to go to g.p

1 star is too generous, no bedside manor, rude, abrupt, dismissive and that is just the Doctors! If you value your health DON'T go here!
