Staff unhelpful and unsympathetic. It takes ages to get an appointment. Doctors try their best. Inefficient system for repeat prescriptions.

Reception staff is terrible, unprofessional and extremely rude. The are not willing to help just the Rumanian girl who is absolutely friendly. It makes me 10 times sicker to deal with the staff there!!!

Terrible service and terrible receptionists as many have mentioned here. It's so difficult to get an appointment with this practice. Is that what healthcare should be like? I really dread having to make appointments with this practice.

Terrible service. The 1st floor don’t communicate to the 4th floor, so if you go for a blood test on the 1st floor and you forgot the paper from your GP where explains which kind analysis you need you have to go back to the 4th floor, wait ( for half hour now ) get a paper and go downstairs again. How can it be possible that in the same building they can not access to my records in the system? What is this nonsense?

Receptionists in this practice are very rude. The appointments are never made on time, if you have another important thing to do on the day of your appointment like going to work or another appointment make sure you live a two or three hours gape because they can make you wait for more than half an hour. This is completely unacceptable. Also, the doctors seem to not care at all about your problems. If you're attended by one doctor and book a second appointment make sure you let them know you want the same doctor because they will book with a different one that doesn't know your problems
