Sign up with a different GP surgery. You will not have a good time if you sign up here. Appointments get cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, doctors make you wait up to an hour for an appointment, appointments aren't available for weeks at a time, the receptionists are mostly unhelpful and rude, the heating is turned up so high everybody is nearly sweating to death, and the doctors themselves are nearly entirely rude and incompetent. Considering the huge mental health issues Imperial College London has, the doctors really should get better training, as nearly everybody I've spoken to (myself included) has a horror story about being treated dismissively or rudely by staff who made them feel much worse and did not help at all. Dr Weinreb and Dr Freedman in particular are totally sympathetic and ignorant to most mental health issues. The one exception is Dr Gemma Smythe, who is a genuine ray of sunshine. She deserves a raise and a promotion and possibly a basket of kittens. In general, though? A really, really poor surgery.

Incompetent staff enable to do a proper check to prescribe the right medicine for the right condition. Was directed to a hospital that doesn't deal with my problems generally after not being able to help me in this centre.

I really don't know from where to start to describe how horrible the service is... I would not recommend this service to anyone. Especially the receptionists there....I don't know whether they understand that they deal with patients that don’t feel well and 90% of them don't want to be there. It is the first time I am writing a review for a place just because I wanted to save time and most importantly the health of anyone in need for a doctor (this is based on the experience of 2 doctors). You can only get worse until you wait for better treatment and it feels like you have to beg to get a 'proper treatment'. The best service is provided by the nurses that do an excellent job in the wrong environment. I am hoping that someone (part of the service) is reading these reviews and hopefully will take a step forward to make urgent changes for a better service! No one should every risk the health of patients. It is understandable that is a busy clinic but the service to the patients should be the number one priority…

terrible doctors and it is really difficult to make an appointment. For 3 years they didn't know what is wrong with me. When I went abroad I was diagnosed after 3 visits! Just waste of time. Also there is an English doctor and I don't remember her name but she is around 50years old and VERY RUDE! I won't be back there for sure. 1 star only because in reception they were really nice and polite.
