I can't believe how bad our takeaway was this evening... Without a doubt the worst meal that I've ever eaten and I take no pleasure in writing that.. What was supposed to be a Tikka Marsala it was luminous red, tasted of coconut and nothing else..  It was closer to a dessert than an Indian meal, absolutely vile...!!!! I'd be embarrassed to serve anyone that gloup.

We just ordered the set menu for 2 with a side of sag paneer and everything we got almost was loaded with sugar and totally weird and sickly. I called them and they told me I'd be shocked at the amount of sugar they put in their food. So gross... I've never had those dishes taste sweet before, even though they tried to convince me that that is how they should be. Plus the sag paneer was definitely made from processed cheese and not real paneer. Would not get anything here!!

Used this takeaway lots in the past. Had a chicken biryani peshwari naan and saag saturday night after work. No garnish not a sign of fruit in naan and to top it off I was up all night with severe stomach pains running to loo for 4 hours. Not impressed such a shame.

All I can say is wow first time trying there food and they didn’t disappoint food was amazing we will definitely be coming back for more

Simply wonderful service.. I can fully recommend New Mala, the staff are always friendly and helpful as I'm usually stuck on trying to aid to our normal order....  Thank you kindly for offering us a tasty start to our weekend..  F Woodford MBE Kingsgate

Worst Indian around. Tikka masala was basically soup with no flavour. Multiple large bones found and portion sizes are pathetic. The staff are so defensive about complaints it’s like trying to talk to my ex.

Absolutely lovely Indian fast and delicious as well as relatively authentic. Can't speak for the chips but the actual Indian food is brilliant. I recommend the Okra :

Lovely food but I think they used tinned potatoes in the sag aloo which spoilt the taste for me.
