Great place for a kebab! Always ask for well done / crispy chips and they always deliver! Friendly staff and good value for money The only annoying thing is that if you want the buy one get one free pizza- you have to order online?

We ordered a house special kebab and scampi and chips, it was great. The shop is clean and the staff are very friendly and polite and the portion size is good. The chicken donner is the best I have ever had, it was full of flavour and seasoned well. The kofta was a bit spicy for my liking but that's down to personal choice I don't really like spicy food. Overall everyone was happy with their food and I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

absolutely terrible, got salmonella, human finger in my food, flies, maggot etc you get the gist, after salmonella, had constipation for 5 months, terrible service, got called derogatory terms, bad looks and general rudeness, however i must say the atmosphere was second to none, hope to see better in the near future.  Wheelchair accessibility: not wheelchair accessible.

Ordered from here before and never had an issue. Today, the chicken nuggets tasted hard, there was 2 strands of hair in my partners chips. They forgot my meal, We called and they said they they’d send a large as an apology. i’ve been waiting 40 minutes and not a single thing. Not very happy.  EDIT! order just turned up 50 minutes later, chips are soggy, box is practically dissolved from maybe grease or oil? Did not pay attention to the delivery instructions at all, we said to call the number given when outside as toddler was asleep, and they yelled outside the house, parked car outside when told to park a few doors down as doorbell.

Unfortunately this time around the food was awful. The doner meat was almost jellied with grease which then poured out of the bottom of the wrap. It was inedible. You can see from the picture the amount of grease that came from the meat. Won’t order again.

Poor service , couldn’t find address after speaking ages on the phone and giving the directions of my exact location, delivery driver called the boss and cancelled my order cause he wanted to go home , never ordering from here againService: 1/5

Amazing food cheaply and quickly, I had a fairly complex order, with some card and some cash and they had it ready super quickly with nothing wrong, the burgers were amazing and better than other fast food places and way quicker too, I've been a few times before and any time I'm 8n Broadstairs this is where I'll go for lunch. They've never disappointed me and the staff are always so freindly and kind

Ordered from here before, always been semi-ok. Today delivery guy turned up with a pizza missing so I refused to accept the order luckily I hadn't paid which he wasn't happy about. I rang them to explain why I wasn't accepting the order and was told I should have taken it and they would have cooked and sent out a fresh pizza. Person on the phone didn't seem to understand that I wanted my order complete and didn't want to take some now and some later. He got very vocal and wasn't going to send everything out fresh, he would send one pizza fresh and the rest would be the original food....which would have been cold. It's nice when restaurants accept their mistakes and correct them however he certainly wasn't going to do that. In the end I just told him to cancel the whole thing. I have been a good customer in the past but clearly this doesn't matter and I certainly didn't deserve being shouted at on the phone for their mistake.
