Love the breakfasts.
One of the most welcoming family like chain restaurants I've ever been to. 
Remember to replenish the oil and balsamic though! Not everyone wants thick dressings although they are Nice!

We had five meals today (11/02/18), service was good and all meals were very nice. They did forget the steak from my ultimate mixed grill, but that was soon sorted out. Salad bar also looked fresh and tasted good, too full to try desert's. Given the recent bad reviews and poor food hygiene rating last year they seemed to have sorted themselves out.

Table booked for 715. Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. Then had to wait am hour and a half to get our food. They ran out of food and tables weren't cleaned up after people had left. Won't be going back there again

Can appreciate it was mothers day and extra busy but when u book a table u don't expect to wait over half an hour to be taken to your table.
Then wait another 20 mins to order and then another hour to get ur food after having to ask where your meal is. 
Staff were helpful and polite. 
Food was nice apart from very tough gammon.which we struggled to cut.
And cold fries. And had to ask for clean cutlery as cutlery given was dirty.
Sorry to say i use to love harvester but won't be returning again.
If it wasn't for the fact that it was mothers day and everywhere else was booked up, we would of walked out. 
Table booked 3pm.

Food is lovely, service is fast and staff are friendly polite and professional. Decor needs updating but clean and pleasant.
