Hate giving bad ratings Service was apathetic to say the least. Had to wait 6 mins just for them to try and process my debit card - twice. Got the feeling it wasn't a one off problem. Had to literally demand the girl give me my card back so I could run to the local cashpoint and get cash. When I finally got home with my chicken bucket it was really poor. Sorry guys a BIG could do better.
food was over 1hr late,cold & dry & also had items missing from my order. driver apologised & said he would bring order again but quickly,hot & correct items... stil cold,stil items of food missing from order & asked 4 £1 extra! phoned up 2 complain & the guy shouted at me callin me a liar & time waster & threatened 2 call police on me! absolutely disgusting service & staff!
Had 1 bad order but when raised the issue with Beano Kebab the problem was resolved professionally, I am very pleased about this as we order frequently and did not want to have to go else where, I recommend ordering over the phone straight to them rather than just eat as just eat tend to cancel the order
The kebabs are OK but the pizzas are rubbish. Good toppings but the base has a serious recently defrosted thing to it, like a stale biscuit. Sort the bases out and they'd be good pizzas.
my kebab was stale and tasted of fat and my side salad was also stale and dry over all they are only good at serving crap
My kabab was cold and all fatty and never going in there again crap
the main waiter is unpleasant, food is cheap, but there's no hygiene
very poor quality, Please dont go there cos food is horrible
Defaulted on lease? Landlord has closed the premises Nov 2018
