Second time here tonight and it was brilliant as was the first visit. Had a nice warm welcome from Mark behind the bar who promptly served us drinks. His knowledge of the cask ales was very good. The restaurant is furnished great also nice and warm. The food was all cooked to perfection and the service we had from the waiting on staff could not have been better. Would highly recommend to all.

Great pub. Don't go very often as it's some way from home. But they put on a guided walk and a 3 course meal, how could we refuse. Foods always good, this time I wish I'd ordered what everyone else had. 😁

Lovely place, very modern, yet warm with 2 fires and an orangerie. The food is excellent, I would recommend highly!
