Very bad. Some new untrained staff with not that good English and are clueless (white ladies). Was long time waiting in queue and others waiting behind were angry aswell. As there was a hold up because of 2 European men who don't know English. At first only 1 staff member, then another came and try deal with the 2 men . They should have more than 1 person there but it's silly for both ladies to deal with the men. I mean come on ! those men should've bought someone along that they know who speaks English! ! Not even an apology from the women on the long wait! I must've waited 20mins+. Eventually when I did get served the woman asked me if I'm the person whos name is on the paper, whilst signing and tellIng me it's my mum meant to sign . I said yes, I'm the person who's name is on paper . She was being so extra about my mum giving the cash and then saying something about bringing ID next time. When we send money through other staff members , there has never really been a problem. Silly untrained women! The charge fee is also getting higher . B4 it was £2.90 , then £3.90. Now £4.90! Also they didnt fill the receiver or senders mobile number etc. . Just hope the money gets recieved to whom we sent it to as it was quite a huge amount then we normally send . Dumb fools! And don't know y lady gave me a small card with my own mobile number on it , when I had asked for the code thing and if they have the recievers details. 😂😠 . Will not be coming here no more. Customer service is shizzle here! And guess what , even after we had left and went shopping and walked pass the shop , staff was still trying to deal with those men.

Untrained staff who have no idea what they are doing. I used them to send money via western union and the staff messed up the whole transaction and it has already been over 10 days and even western union cannot trace where the money went. Unhelpful staff at The money shop. Avoid using them to send money
