Beware of the online bank transfer service. They allow you set up an account and and transfer your money and then cancel your transaction. Here is the best the refund takes 10 days. When you call them they say the refund has been processed but it still takes 10 days.

I went to this agent to transfer money around 2 pm on Friday 6 th Oct , only one person worked there, , the woman was not manner, no patient to answer my questions, she was rushing to send me away with no customer service skills, no professional answer my questions. she looks like she just want to get pay and doesn't care of the customer needed. So I made a decision to change another agent to send my money as I worry she may have not knowledge or experiences to do this kind of serious things. Especaily the big amount number money.
