Very slow serving and rude to customers. A customer asked why there was slow service and the girl behind the counter answered in a very rude way. He is on meal  break we can't work all day without meal break!!!! That's why?? Should just have said  Sorry one is on meal break

My jewellery was taken to the money shop by my ex partner. The money shop took it and gave him money against it, I will never see my jewellery again. There should be some way of proving what you are taking for loan belongs to you before the shop accepts it.
