Extremely rude staff that do not like to work. I was in the store today around 4:30pm – 5:00pm. I headed over to the kiosk and service desk and there were two female Asda employees with grey hair at the desk. I asked one of the women if she could get a member of staff to check if there were any whey protein powder in a different flavour in stock. She then told me rudely “no” and went on to say that anything that was out on the store floor was the only thing available. She was very rude and blunt, and she was looking at me in a very rude way. I then thanked her and went to finish my shopping. As I got to the till, I saw another member of staff and asked the staff member if I was allowed to ask staff members if they could check for products in the back of the store. The staff member told me it depends on what section the staff members was in, and I informed that staff member that I had asked staff at the service desk. This new staff member then offered to get someone to check for the product that I wanted after I explained the earlier situation. After, I asked if I could speak to a manger to complain and was told that all the managers were in an important meeting. This is my local Asda and I live a walking distance away; this is the second time this particular staff member has been rude to me and provided really bad customer service. It is extremely disappointing.
What's going on..... The past 3-4 months the shelves are very sparce ,more like a closing down sale. Toilets need closing down .... health hazard , don't think they have seen disinfectant for a long time. Sorry ,but it was always well stocked and toilets were clean .
I love shopping in asda especially the fresh making pizza counter. But can you please put a sign when staff are going on a break or if its closed? I came at different time of the day, morning, afternoon and early evening. In 5 times only once was open. Its only a suggestions, but a sign saying when the counter will be shut would be useful. Thank you in advance
The cafe was awful, food we asked for never had. When the food came out it wasn't even cooked properly. The staff was rude to. I would really want a refund.the cafe was dirty as well would never eat there again. Needs to be looked at.
This store is more empty than full it's very rare for this store to have a full shelf if they know they empty quick why not order extra so it don't happen again
Good, lots of shelves were empty, but fresh stock waiting to be put out after closing half an hour later.
5 Stars for the store and for having electric car chargers. 0 stars for the inconsiderate person that parked their car on a charging point it was an electric vehicle when they were not even charging for over an hour. There wasn't even a lead connected, you really spoil it for cars that really want/need a charge.
It was okay rather busy but still easy to get around. Good selection of stock available.
Usually well stocked there is a lack of boys clothes I would like to see more staff are friendly
It doesn't matter what time I've visited this store the shelves are poorly stocked and very untidy. However the staff are friendly, especially at the checkout.
