Avoid, avoid ,avoid! Absolutely useless customer service. No regard for their customers. I've been with nationwide for over 25 yrs and never have I met a bunch of donuts failing with such aplomb to manage a branch of nationwide as these fools. They are condescending and rude. No wonder everyone hates bankers.
