Excellent. Living in Cheshire, I haven’t visited the shop yet, but the mail order service is first class. I would have liked a little more packaging around the items; however, the Hornby coaches arrived in pristine condition. No tracking details were emailed, but I didn’t have a chance to chase this up, as I ordered Monday evening and the items were delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Thank you. Will happily use again - recommended.

This shop has been there for a long long time. Brought a ship and an aircraft to assemble. Friendly staff. Fantastic shop.

I've been visiting and purchasing items fom this shop since my childhood. Very knowledgeable staff and a wide and varied stock of kits, materials and more.

Packed little shop, all sorts of modelling gear, seemed well visited and knowledgeable, friendly staff

Although it was a little out the way for me living in a different county , I found the Model Shop to be full of great items for all your  modeling tasks . I will be making another trip over at a later date when I have more time to explore the shop properly

I had four locomotives that I bought for my son nearly 20 years ago that were no longer working. My grandson is now interested in trains and this fabulous shop got them all working again at a very reasonable cost. They all were very helpful and very professional. It has become a regular visit

I live in the USA and found a model kit I fell in love with on their website. I didn't expect them to be willing to ship to the USA, but they were. Nick emailed me back promptly and they had it shipped to me within an hour of my payment going through. I'd expected it to take several weeks to arrive, but I received it a little over a week after ordering. I am thrilled with the product and how well it was packaged and the wonderful customer service I received. If I ever find myself in Northampton, I'll definitely plan to stop by! I highly recommend them!
