FANTASTIC SERVICE. Could not of been happier with everything. Great sales guy Dan, sorted everything for me, no trouble at all at any point and made it so easy, Fantastic fitting, really pleased, 100% would recommend.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE...their free fitting service is a joke...
Absolutely disgusted with the service from this branch.
Failed to fit the carpets after 4 visits which has taken over 2 months.
Fitter was rude, refused to fit due to basic furniture in the room (a single bed, TV unit and a single wardrobe). When complained to headoffice, they were just as useless... eventually told them to stick their free fitting service and just drop of my carpet. 
Am now paying someone else to fit my carpets.

Really wanted to praise the staff at the Northampton store, namely Assistant manager Dan ( who really should be the manager as 10x more helpful, polite and respectful than the actual manager) and assistant Sam. It is thanks to both of them and the customer services team for sorting out a problem - escalated by the manager! and retaining my custom. Thanks Dan and Sam you are fantastic, keep up the good work.

Shocking customer service. It took them several weeks to complete the fitting on my order due to insufficient stock and cancelled appointments and then after 4 months from fitting some of the carpet started to fray around the edges. Eventually it was agreed a refit was required because it hadn't been fitted correctly. I can't explain how much stress this has caused. This resulted in a complaint being made to their customer service dept who failed to take any action what so ever. Despite doing fittings on a Saturday they won't do refits, but couldn't offer any explanation to what the difference is. A morning refit was confirmed the day before only to find out the fitter wasn't made aware of this by Debbie & Ken. The fitter is now due this afternoon. Please be very careful about purchasing carpets from this branch!

Luckily I checked out the misleading figures and withdrew from the purchase in time before paying £200 over the odds.  There are much better stores in Northamptonshire selling good carpets that do not create confusing discounts, misinformation,  that in the end cost you more money. Also their online price calculator needs attention. 

I got a much better quality carpet complete and fitted professionally for a lot less than Carpetright quoted me, plus no bull or misleading discounts or misinformation.
