Customer service is rubbish! We were interested in buying a tropical fish tank, we were promised a call back ‘in 10 minutes’. We rang again after 4 hours understanding they were probably busy, promised again they would ring us back. Still waiting....sourced what we wanted to purchase elsewhere!

Something wrong as all the fish I have had. From there have die with in 2 days all my other fish are fine and my water is all fine. I will not be go bk to get any more. Only my money bk
