Booked my phone in here for a battery replacement (the iPhone 6 £25 offer). Was told online it would be turned around in an hour - great I'm off on holiday in 4 days. Drove 20 miles from Milton Keynes and was told it would be 3-5 days and it depends how many the technician has to fix! What is the point of booking a specific day? I asked if I could pick the phone up after I get back from holiday and was told yes "but we can't guarantee the phones safety during this time"... I left and booked and appointment for a real apple store. Waste of time and money - do yourself a favour and avoid.

I would like to say that Marko, Frazer and Jordon who work at the Northampton Store was absolutely fantastic in delivering the best customer service. Friendly, efficient and effective. Absolutely delighted, my phone was broken and was given a replacement the next day. ☺️ Thank you guys!!!

Went in on Saturday to have my new phone set up. Jordan was our contact. very polite and knowledgeable. first class service would highly recommend

Excellent Service staff friendly and went above and beyond. Won’t be using Apple Store in MK anymore will always now come here! And you don’t need to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance!!!

Booked my Mac into repair with these guys when Apple store in MK was fully booked. Glad this was the case in the end as I didn’t have to go all that way. Staff in here were friendly, knowledgeable and importantly fitted a new hardrive into my Mac quickly and without any issues. Apple certified for a reason - definitely trustworthy in my experience in spite of negative reviews.
