Exchanged a pair of waterproof shoes as they were leaking. I was given an Exchanged even though they were 8 months old. Great customer service thank you.
The Northampton store is a disgrace. Recently took son's Taylor Made golf bag back, admittedly out of 12 month company warranty but hardly used and small plastic clip on strap broke. Under consumer rights act the retailer is accountable if I can prove it wasn't fit for purpose. It clearly wasn't and I have since been told by one of the team another store that he is aware of this happening before. I was told on Sunday morning that they would call me. No Call. Spoke to them on the Thursday and they promised a call back quickly. A week ago and still no call. Spoke to customer service and like dummies they just quote 12 month policy and I cannot speak to someone more senior. They don't take calls apparently. I have been a "member" for years and so is my son. They expect me to throw away a virtually new bag with no offer of a solution other than to palm me off to a supplier. Taylor Made incidentally haven't responded to an online message system on their website. My solution. Never go back, shop with local golf club outlets and Amazon. Also avoid cheap Taylor Made bags. Shame because at Milton Keynes the staff have been helpful in the past. Northampton always seem dull and unenthusiastic. Must be the manager. I have given 1 star. They need a zero
Communication about an issue with a club was not great. Inside the shop they were very knowledgeable. You can get set up using Ping clubs in the store and then buy other makes custom made to those settings.

A great store attached to Delapre Golf Centre and driving range where you can get to trial equipment as required to help improve your game. Very good customer service and a high selection of quality products.

Went multiple times because I couldn’t make up my mind and was treated very very well each time so was a pleasure to buy from Northampton overall.
