u will have no chance book appointment in morning , my little son was very poorly we tried call 3 mornings with no chance book appointment, and on the end we ended on A.N.E,, very bad service and no help at all, we moved to different surgery

New manger and it's gone down hill fast very fast been their for 11 years Drs are ace but this manger has made it all go down hill I am looking for new Drs now well upset

Its nearly impossible to get an appointment here.
After taking the morning off work I tried to get an appointment. The lines open at 8, after 40 attempts from 8 o'clock onwards to get through I eventually managed to speak to some one at 8:17 only to be told all appointments were gone for the day and to try again tomorrow. You can pre book 2 weeks in advance I believe.  Which only helps if you know you are going to have an issue then.

Fantastic surgery. Friendly receptionists, attentive doctors and excellent care. I cannot rate them highly enough.
