Brilliant as always. The best in the whole of North Somerset. Access to peripheral health care on site excellent. Referral to specialist help wonderful. Superb and efficient. Vaccination cover organisation has been so good not just covid. All staff personable and caring. I have every confidence in this surgery for over 60 years .
Terrible service. At least Harold shipman got back to his victims. In all seriousness, no call back, had to chase up to find out no one is going to call back for 72 hours after being bedridden. Old receptionist on phone was very rude and would be much better suited to working in an abattoir than a doctors surgery.
Having moved to Weston-super-Mare 3 years ago, I have found the care and commitment of this surgery amazing. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Well done 168, keep up the good work.
I called in Wednesday lunch time , asked for an appointment, I understand things are busy , I was told I have to wait for a call back , my condition is mentally and physically effecting my daily life , I explained this , it's not an emergency but just need to see a doctor to make sure that what I'm getting treated for is actually what I have , I visual diagnosis , I called back Thurs several times ,was told I have to wait for a call back, it's now Friday 5pm !! No txt, no call !! NHS , doctors and dentists have gone down the pan , why is it so difficult? I feel I've been forgotten about.
Really poor manners from reception staff and really rude! They were not helpful even knowing they were in the wrong for prescribing wrong medication and giving wrong information out and instead of being nicer they were even more rude! Definitely changing surgeries!
I had big breathing difficulties and was from NHS 111 referred to this out of hours doctor surgery on a Saturday night. I forgot the lady doctors name who treated me. However, she was fantastic as a doctor and person. She thoroughly checked me out, told me what to do and what she prescribed me, found out which pharmacy was still open at 23:00, gave my husband directions whilst we drove there she sent the prescription over. Thank you without you I would have ended up in hospital. Also thank you NHS 111 for calling me back and organising the referral on a very busy Saturday evening.
Excellent Doctors surgery with up to date self check in system, two modern waiting rooms and toilet facilities. The doctors and nurses are excellent and getting an appointment is relatively painless. There is also a Day Lewis Pharmacy on the ground floor.
Worst inhumane service I've ever witnessed, absolutely disgusting. These were the registered GPs when my mother in law passed and we had to chase them MULTIPLE TIMES to receive her death certificate. These are the kind of people that have to be CHASED by a grieving family to do their jobs DAYS after they should of done it already. This is the kind of uncaring attitude and complete disregard that this place thinks is acceptable. I cannot advise you more strongly to go elsewhere if at all possible.
It's a bank vault - no way of getting through! Good luck with making an appointment. They can nag & threaten to stop your medication but online services not working & 3 day wait on 'phone.
Very poor service. Can't get medication correct. Had to go 24 hrs with no medication and was in pain. Should be shamed of them self's.
