Our Caregivers encourage, assist and stimulate our clients in a variety of daily activities in order to keep them independent and happy in their own homes for as long as possible. We are a trusted member in the communities we work by delivering a high quality service without compromises and at competitive rates.

I have used Home Instead for the past 5 months and from the initial contact I've been extremely satisfied with their professionalism that they have shown me. The two caregivers and I have I like a breath of fresh air and are what I needed to help me return home and regain my confidence. All of the administration staff are just as professional and nothing is too much trouble for anyone in the company.

In my previous experience I have found that although individual staff are dedicated to care, many companies who employ them are not. For the first time in dealing with an agency I now feel that I have found a company that not only has an ethos of care, continuity and passion but that also has the ability to deliver it in practice.

I've been working with Mike and the team for around 9 months, they are very professional, with a great eye for detail. They balance this with a personal approach, and as such I would highly recommend them. Dominic

The staff here go above and beyond for all of their clients. They really care about the clients and provide a personalised service. The caregivers that work here are amazing and work to very high standards. They are a unique company and fantastic to work for. Would highly recommend as a place to work, and also as a service provider.
