Having worked in  the dental and medical profession  in Harley Street of London, I took advice as to where to take me elderly mother, who suffers with dementia, when she moved to a care assisted home near Weston-super-Mare.  She has now had a few visits to the practice and I cannot recommend this practice more highly. Mrs Houston and her team have been kind, reassuring, professional and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble. 

The practice is spotlessly clean and professional and I have no doubt has an excellent CQC rating.

Fantastic dental practice! I switched to The Houston Group when I relocated and I've been very impressed. The service is excellent, professional and friendly.  The practice is split between three buildings, with the hygienist at the back, next to the car park. Best dental practice in Weston super Mare in my personal opinion.

I've been a patient there for 10 yrs. Unfortunately my Dentist left the practice...he helped me with my fears and was one of the most understanding, reassuring, and the best Dentist's I've ever seen! I've since seen 2 Dentist's...one who was rather young and arrogant, and post treatments...I've had more problems with my teeth than when I started. 
I'm now seeing another dentist, who reffered me the Bristol Dental Hospital. As he said "To get their opinion on the best way to treat me and if he was able to provide the treatment I needed" Anyway, I have contacted My Dentist at Houston. Spoken to a PA about the treatment I really need, and was told she will get back to me later that day. I'm still waiting!?? Two days later, i called again...only to leave a message, that Im still waiting to hear from them. And to plse contact me.
And still Nothing!! This is unacceptable, and this is how I'm being treated?? 
I will leave you to think if this is a Dental practice you would like to be treated at...need I say more?? Good Luck to You.

Never have I spoken to such rude receptionists...little tip ..put the phone on quiet when you talk about a patient I heard every word ..another tip yes I do know what work I need doing you don't ,your a receptionist...

So help full and I am NHS so good pain was gone in secs they are the best in the West
