Nice pub, good for a drink or for food. Dog friendly and generally very welcoming pub. Separate drinks and dining areas. The food is a bit on the pricey side, otherwise a great place

Nice country pub feel. Good food that's definitely above average for pub fare but not too fancy or pretentious and they serve a good range of local ales.

Parking is adequate and there is a kids park / climbing structure next to the beer garden

Nice food and pleasant surroundings.  We visited with friends and 3 children under the age of 4.  The staff were very helpful and children's meals are offered.  The adventure playground in the pub garden also went down well.  Definitely worth a visit
