I had a Strongbow dark fruit as did my friends. Great prices on drinks as far as we could tell. Staff were not particularly friendly but certainly not rude. The drink took quite a while to pour but tasted the same as ever. It was quite quiet although there was something slightly askew with the atmosphere in comparison to other Hereford pubs. We thought about having food there but the menu was very small so we decided to eat elsewhere. Overall a decent experience.

Hotel is quite an old building so lots of squeaky stairs and steps, although rooms were well furnished and clean with comfy beds. A number of sections within the hotel were 'restricted access' which made me as a customer feel untrusted. Overall good location and a place to stay for the evening.

Beware of front facing bedrooms, very noisy road with taxi rank, great breakfast

Tried to speak to them on the phone and they instantly put the phone down. Very rude.

Between 2005 - 2015 ....Proper food cooked by proper Chefs, a rarity these days. Local real ales at sensible prices. The staff are fabulous - can't fault any of the above.
