Very impressed. Good location. Car park. Lovely staff. Good size rooms. Decent brekkie. Yeah, ill be back :)

Location - Ten minute walk from town centre. Area is rather rundown, but never felt unsafe. Rooms - Good size, some with balcony. TV, drink maker and hairdryer in each room. Rooms are ensuit. Ours had bath with shower over. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast - Buffet style with good choice of dishes. Packed lunches and light evening meals available if booked in advance. Staff - Very helpful, for example provided fresh milk for tea-making on request.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and the cleanest room and bathroom, I've ever been in England. The level of this bed&breakfast in higher than some of the hotels.
