Many changes happened here....different shops have moved on and others have come in to replace them. Lots of shops to satisfy anyone's taste. Well worth a visit anytime.

I'm in here almost every week day because I work nearby. I believe it's the first shopping centre to be opened in the country, back in the 60's. It's got a good selection of shops for everyday things. There's Morrison's supermarket, a small Boots, a couple of discount shops, a couple of women's dress shops, stationers, photo processing, hairdresser, butcher and some independent stalls. There's also a bar serving carvery lunch.

A good selection of shops and a great place to go if you need art supplies. There are a few shops in there which I used to get a lot of my art equipment when I was in college which helped me a lot. There are good places to get food and drink too and overall it seems pretty clean. There are a few cheap places to get food while there too which is nice if you're on a budget and need feeding.

Checked out their Heart Foundation charity shop, got some bargains. Collected an order from the Works then spent some more. Had a quick peek in Yorkshire Linens. Their Christmas stockings are gorgeous. Plus the Christmas cushions are on my shopping list. Got some essentials in Morrison's. I always use the Watch Hospital, on the corner adjoining Morrison's. Last time as well as getting my watch fitted with waterproof battery the guy altered my watch as well. There are lots of other great stores situated here. They also put on things for Children throughout the year. Had a Ben and Holly in last week. (From Ben and Hollys Little Kingdom).

Always a delight shopping here! You get practically all you want, even things you don't remember to put down on your shopping list. The only negative for me is that there are no rest rooms around - careful with taking children along for your shopping.
