As a recent wheelchair user I visited the centre to do some shopping but slso to get some practice with the chair. The vast majority of shops have level access and wide entrances. The centre has a tiled floor which is easy to move the chair. While most if the centre is level thee is an incline towards Austhorpe Road entrance though not steep. A very accessible centre with even more shops om rhe outside. Lovely and tasteful Xmas decorations.
Nice centre although changed a lot over the years. A lot more empty units and not charge for parking. Couple of decent shops.
Happy with cleanliness/space in Centre. Staff looking after toilets helpful/ friendly. Sadly, sparse with shops now that so many5/6 units empty! Needs larger toilet area, general ones too tight, trapped a finger between door and toilet roll holder, when shutting door! Toilet area difficult to use especially when you have a baby/child in pushchair.
Showing its age and expensive to park even if your only nipping in for something ie 5 mins still £1.20. Disused units struggling to find new occupants
Yes ! I love this place ! It has a nice feeling and is a pleasure to.shop in ! I love the barbers in there and get my hair cut there cheap ! I love peacocks and the works too !
Empty now, used to be brilliant Owners like the prices the get for parking and units empty or never stay because the owners are greedy and I think the car park earns then enough. Parking is free everywhere else @
Changed a lot since l was last visited but got lots of shops to look in and places to sit and have a coffee etc. Was there to pick up an on line parcel in Bonmarche. Will definitely visit again.
The community needs more variety of shops .theclothing shops we lost Romans where you could get somthing a bit dressy ..and wilkinsons was a big lossit was a go to foreverything in the home
Nice size shopping center with limited shops, not what it used to be as it is full of charity shops, food shops and bargin shops. Not somewhere you can spend a full day out but somewhere you can go to get essentials. There is a few good cafes so sit in to get a drink and some food. If one is busy there will be space in one of the others. There is lots of bars on the outside of the shopping center if you prefer somthing a little different to a cafe. There is also a large carpark but it does charge for all use. The center used to offer a free 15 minutes but it no longer does and I think this is a shame as sometimes you are only popping in for a few things and there isn't any local free parking unless you park 10 minutes walking distance away from the center
This used to be a great shopping centre now a shadow of its self ! But still like it got what most people want
