Yakub at this EE store is THEEE best person to go to!! Helped me a bunch, spent best part of 3 hours in the store trying to look for a new phone! Can't thank him enough!!
Had a great upgrading experience in the Dewsbury store with Yakub. He was excellent, really accommodating and attentive. Also popped in a couple of freebies with a local phone shop for a screen protector and case :
Tee was very helpful and very friendly. I was going to do another year with 3 and after speaking with him I decided to change network provider after 16 year.

I am amazed at the good reviews here so I can only think that I was dealt with by two strangers who were burgling the shop. They can’t have been customer service reps as a pair of more disinterested, unhelpful sloppy sales people I have yet to meet. I have just lost my expensive, new, contract phone, on Christmas eve, the worst time of the year. I registered the loss with EE on the phone and they did all the blacklisting. As I still had my second phone, also registered with EE the phone rep said if I go to an EE shop, I could get a new sim card. Off I go only to be met with the 'Computer says no' attitude. My credit cards and driving licence were in the phone wallet so no I didn’t have identity but I don’t on line either. There was no explanation, no 'can do' attitude, just apathy and a 'can’t do' attitude. No wonder they are closing shops. Went to Bradford and it was sorted there and then.
I visited the store a couple days back to upgrade my phone. I spoke to someone over the phone to get the iPhone 13 and was offered the 100gb smart plan for £64 per month and £30 upfront. I did not not want to wait for delivery so I was asked to visit the store. I was told this offer can not be done in store as it was website only. I was then asked to trade my iPhone 11 in so the upfront cost could be thrown down to £0 but the cost would still be £64 per month. This would of meant I was been paid £30 for an iPhone 11. I then went to a different EE store in White Rose to be told they can do this in store and they have had multiple complaints about the Dewsbury store asking people to trade their phone in. Individuals by the name of Amir and Yacub in-particular. I have not got any idea as to what would have happened to my phone had I gone ahead with this deal and I dread to think but all I do advise is to avoid this store at all costs. STAY AWAY FROM EE DEWSBURY WHITE ROSE IS ONLY 5 MINUTES AWAY!!

Staff are very blaise and a little unprofessional ie shouting across what's for dinner, sat playing on their phones, sat in the table we are sat at, in our personal space..
Visited the store today Tee at the Dewsbury branch dealt with us what a wonderful experience he was patient and very knowledgeable within minutes he had us sorted very happy.
