When is it acceptable for a for a Mall security guard to be able to be heavy handed and stalk and harass an innocent old disabled member of the public while in a post office trying to go about his legal private business? My friend had to make a quick trip into the nearest Post office on Monday 19th February 2018 then on to a meeting walking with walking sticks and old, there stood behind the corner of the mall was an over active imagination mall security man who followed him into the post office and started harassing him for having a cycle camera that was switched off and accidentally appeared from under his coat, and only ever on while on the street after he was knocked down by a dangerous driver. The first thing the police say to Injured Cyclists like him and pedestrians is “Do you have camera evidence”? In a day and age where almost everyone has a smart phone with camera is it truly wrong to walk around with such a devise in a mall or indeed anywhere and be assaulted by Mall security staff while going about one’s legal private business? We will Stay away from St Johns mall and suggest others do to or you could be stalked and harassed harmfully while minding your own business! This proved a terrifying ordeal to our old disabled friend one he will never submit himself to again in this mall of St Johns centre.

Good shipping centre with a wide variety of shops. Also has as a few places to eat and get food as Well. Always clean and tidy with friendly members off staff. Toilets are nice and clean but hard to locate, need to be more clearly signed. Accessible for everyone with a lift, stairs and escalater. Not too busy bit has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Parking is easy to find and not too expensive for the inner city centre. Worth a visit if out doing some shopping.

Better than it has been. Shops change quite a lot. I only went to the post office and the toilets. You've got to pay 20p for the toilets.

Looking very dated now given all the other shopping areas nearby like Core, Light, Trinity and Victoria Gate. Shop selection seems to be quite limited - though quite a few appear to be independent retailers and deserve your support!

Half the stores are closed while Tesco's takes up 25% of the complex. They also try and stop other developments in the city as they don't want competition. Parking is relatively cheap for a town centre
