I have visited here at different times. The building is excellent. The shops are all artisans professional. I think the management team has put quite an effort on keeping the building and atmosphere of handmade people shops inside. Well done.nnThe problem is on the underfloor. It is hard to let anyone to have shops there. Those gates are like the cages in the zoo? Or zombie in the dark evening? The feeling is scary, especially when you see many empty shops in darkness. Food court is difficult too? Low rent designers studio space?It is not just the rent problem but the vibe...well~ Installation art? Or some independent musical performance? Or rent out for cultural group holding activities? Or special night market?nn.....better than wasting.

A quirky gem in the heart of the city. This stunning Victorian building houses indie shops and eateries, perfect for treasure hunters. There is a little nice cafe on the ground level but sadly we missed the chance to tried out  well maybe next time because I defo will be back againnnMy partner and I had a blast browsing the unique birthday cards, gosh, so many witty options!  Our friends and family will love these!nnThe atmosphere is buzzing yet relaxed. Whether you're after gifts, vintage finds, or just a fun day out, this place delivers. A charming spot that captures Leeds' creative spirit

This is a must visit place the outside n inside of this building is absolutely beautiful very spacious very warm environment with some fantastic display of shops -barbers -gift shop -art every thing under one roof I enjoyed my walk round plus felt safe doing so the place has a great vibe to it plus attracts the right people the roof is a fantastic piece of art infact the whole building is .

The structure is so beautiful and colorful inside. Lots of shops and areas to seat and have some afternoon tea. It’s really lovely, it’s worth seeing especially if you’re just visiting Leeds!
