Lovely looking pub inside and our. I had dinner here and had the double hunters chicken..mmmm very tasty. Food was hot as it should be Very clean Nice decor Very big Outside seating for 200 people!! Great in the summer They even have Chesterfield chairs very comfortably Helpful staff Great pint Will return soon
Lovely pub nicely decorated feels welcoming and cosy when you walk in. Staff are helpful and professional. I had buttermilk Italian style chicken with chips and salad .. very tasty came out nice and hot. The other half had the double hunters chicken with chips and peas equally tasty Good pub grub in lovely surroundings
Just had a snack whilst having a couple of beers. Absolutely lovely chicken wings with Frank's and blue cheese sauce. Was fantastic. Great value. Only criticism would be wings are so big they are difficult to dip in the small sauce pots. Other than that perfect.
We ate here with our 2 young children. The food was fabulous, steak cooked to perfection, huge meals at a super price and great deal of kids meals for £1 with our main meals. Nice and clean. Helpful pleasant staff. Lovely friendly owner. Will definitely be back!
I come to this pub all the time I love the food the staff are so friendly and hard working. It's very well run, always warm and welcoming and always very clean. I love it here. We have vans on local caravan site and always tell our guests to use the Mere park pub which they do.
Fairly typical neighbourhood pub, friendly staff, plenty of parking. We came here for a family gathering and had a room for ourselves and use of the general bar area. If you live locally it makes a good venue to meet.
Had great food and desserts. All food came quick but didn't seem like it had just been microwaved. Nice staff too
It's well run with friendly staff and locals. The food was well presented and cooked perfectly The Calendar wouldn't let me put my age. 3/11/1950
First time being there, I was out for a birthday meal, the food was lovely and not expensive and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
Nice place but rooms all squared off in different areas away from the bar, to be fair it was quite busy and there were a few of us to be seated.Food: 3/5
