Excellent service. Again, order a pitcher if you plan to be in there for an hour or so. The cocktails were DELIGHTFUL! Food was spot on, also. They take care of you, if you have allergies/intolerance and whatnot.
Called in Easter Sunday at around 7ish. 7 of us, so finding a table that wasn't reserved was a bit of a problem. Although we did find one after a few minutes when a large table came empty. Ordered food Although it was very busy, the food came quite quickly. All of us commented on the quality and how hot the food was. Best meal we have had in there for a long time. Well done kitchen team
Oh this is fast becoming our go to for the best Vegan English breakfast in town, the vegan sausages are top tier, unlimited toast and great mushrooms. The staff members are super helpful and accommodating letting us chop and change our breakfast to suit each of us as well as letting us go off munu for some of the little ones. I think the only downside to eating here are the day drinkers, coming in to start drinking first thing, they are no real harm and we've never had an actual issue it's just that they just kinda knock the shine off the atmosphere
This used to be a really nice place to eat before new management took over. The food was terrible, the drinks were filled about just under 3/4 of the way despite paying for a large, the chicken was so rubbery that it couldn’t be cut, we then struggled to pull it apart with our hands which just isn’t acceptable to serve. We asked to have the meal replaced because the gammon also tasted very unusual, but the staff were arguing that the food looks okay, despite being shown that you couldn’t pull the chicken apart or cut through it. The manager then came and said he tasted the gammon and it was fine, and was just being extremely difficult and honestly rude. We tried to insist we just wanted a fresh chicken replacement and he continued to say it was normal for chicken to be like this and the tone he spoke in was honestly disgusting. If you’re looking for food unless you’re looking for something to make you feel ill, do not eat here. Kid-friendliness: The staff were extremely rude around the children and clearly have no respect or customer service skills.
Friendly staff with quick and efficient service. A good atmosphere and music always in background. Toilets clean but could do with some heating as can be cold. All in sll, a great place for a social drink while ketching up with friends or watching the good selection of sports on TV.. Food: 4/5

We had a meal here tonight, the service was first class and the food was delicious, well cooked and served hot. Josh was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
Great pub. Visited for lunch. Had the fish and chips which was really good. Massive portion. Freshly cooked. My friend had the tikka masala which she said was excellent. Will definitely be back.
Went for breakfast and it was very good, with unlimited refills on tea and filter coffee. Everything was cooked really well, will be going back again Food: 5/5
Unhelpful management, tried to order online using 25% voucher which worked giving £8 discount but on the payment screen, whilst getting my card out it went off screen. Then it turned around and said voucher not valid Went to bar took order code didn't work, management said we manually do it, then he said, actually it's for the new items. I can't do that, when the voucher actually worked for the first time on the app. So him going back on his word irritated me, so my mum decided to do it. Worked then same, it back screened. At this point I'm full of anxiety, which took away my hunger so I just walked out. Never again will I enter this chain after the awful experience!!!
