4 years between visits, still a fantastic pub. Popped in for a friend's birthday, great atmosphere, friendly staff and prices behind the bar didn't break the bank. Lots of seating inside and a great beer garden although too cold to really appreciate it. Hopefully it won't be 4 years before I manage to pop in again. Would recommend.

First time here, after living just up the road for 25 years! Good atmosphere, great free band and surprisingly big inside and in the beer garden.

What a great old themed pub. Great band. Lovely outdoor seating area. Pleasant people happy to serve and ha e a joke with. I came here about 30 years ago when it was spit and sawdust. Well done for the changes made. I'll come here again. Keep up the good work.

Great people, great booze, great pub

Arrived at 10.45pm and doors shut, as person left I went to the bar to be told we could not have a drink 10.50pm.i won't be retuning if they don't want my money.

The best pub in Amblecote!

Went for leaving drinks with some work colleagues. Landlady was brilliant dealing with some of the drunker party members and couldnt be more helpful when we needed assistance following a little accident. Food and beer really great and really good prices in todays climate!
