We keep passing the March Hare and today we thought we would call in for Sunday Dinner. Pub is a hidden gem, it's well signposted but the pub itself is at the bottom of a road. We like the old beams, open fires and the different lelvels. The food was good and our server Lily was great. Her and the team made us feel welcome.
Visited for an impromptu Sunday roast. Emmi was our server. Emmi was attentive, friendly and had good chat! I had the veggie roast, it was delicious and a really big portion. Would really recommend you visit. I’d recommend you book because it’s busy which is most definitely a good sign, we got lucky with a table from just walking in. 10/10 from me!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The March Hare, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience. The entire evening was lovely, but I must particularly commend the exceptional service provided by our server, Lilly.nnLilly's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our visit all the more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, ensuring we made the perfect selections. Her genuine warmth and professionalism shone through throughout the night.nnThanks to Lilly's exceptional service and the delicious food, our experience at The March Hare was truly delightful.
This is my kind of place. Snug, cosy and inviting. The decor is lovely, the staff are so friendly and professional. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Thank you x
Absolutely disappointed with the food and service, it was our anniversary and booked a table and the mains took over 50mins and arrived cold after we asked how long it would be!! This is the second time we have been we went back in February and the service and food was poor but we thought give it another go! Never again! Had to come home and order just eat! Which turned up quicker and hotter and cost less!!!
