My husband and I first visited here for a meal on Christmas Eve. We had sirloin steak which was exceptional.....the chips were amazing...just like grandma used to cook!! We revisited this Friday night....my husband was running late...they were very understanding....when he arrived his drinks order was taken very quickly...a short time later our food order was taken...we ordered the sirloin again...and then the wait began...we had lots to catchup on so wasn't a real issue....the steak, yet again was amazing....but 'grandma's' chips were limp and old...such a shame!! Also the menu is very limited....are there going to be changes or additions in the near future? I would still recommend the Manor...maybe not on a Friday night....although it wasn't very busy!! The staff are very friendly!! 😊

Ate here for the first time and the food was good and at a decent price too. Serivce was good so would happily return.

We went in for the three course senior meal, I had the mushroom soup, Beef and Ale pie with three veg and finished off with Millionaires chocolate brownie and ice cream . The whole meal was superb from the starter to the desert. The only thing I can say is, it wasn't very warm and would recommend  if you are eating there in the daytime wear something warm . Would certainly recommend this Restaurant.
