In my opinion, the best chips in Long Eaton. They're never soggy or reheated from hours ago, they're just really tasty and the portions are more than big enough. We always go for a large portion between two of us, as one each would be too big. All fish is freshly cooked to order and although I don't eat fish, it always looks really nice - the batter always looks crispy and golden. I'm more of a giant Battered Sausage or a Pineapple Fritter kind of girl and I can tell you now, that both of these items are really nice. Tennants do a lunchtime special, so for just a couple of quid, you can fill yourself right up and see yourself through to tea time. The staff are really friendly, happy and chatty... So what are you waiting for? Pop on down to Tennants for the best chips in town.

One of the best chip shops I’ve visited. The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, and the food is just WOW! Would totally recommend this place for anyone who’s looking to have some great traditional fish and chips!
