Dodgy clientele. Staff could be a bit more professional. Could be a nice pub, as it has everything going for it. Unfortunately the big TVs and shouty locals can be a put off. Good prices, but the cask ales don't quite taste right. Walking through the wall of smokers at the entrance can also be a bit off-putting.

Dislike how the disabled toilet is used by one and all many who are physically well with the management and staff s knowledge it should be stopped at once
