Stopped off when travelling home from what seemed like an endless journey and staff were very polite and helpful and allowed us to use the baby change in the hotel to change our baby. It was clean and tidy and very welcoming. Thank you.

A shameful example of British motorway services. A shabby old motel with ill fitting windows leaking bathroom fitments and no services, all for a ridiculous price. The staff appear to do their best but this place reaks of under ( no ) investment.

Bit depressing really. Quiet since they moved the access from the A1. Staff bit uninterested. Food boring and fairly expensive. Had some plastic floating in my coffee.
