We were so impressed by this hotel that when we returned to Falmouth we booked again. The staff are friendly and polite and the rooms large, but it was the breakfast that was the star of the show. Locally sourced ingredients beautifully cooked. We will be visiting Falmouth again at the end of our daughter’s university year and will definitely book again.

Decent bed and breakfast establishment, breakfast bit late(from 8), but staff are prepared to serve it earlier if requested evening before.

This is a lovely hotel situated just a short stroll from Falmouths beaches and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. A nice relaxed base from which to explore gorgeous Falmouth and surrounding areas. We received a great breakfast each morning and would have no reservation in recommending this place to others.

Lovely room, let down by cleanliness especially in the bathroom. The lounge and bar area are very nice with great views. The other public areas need an update especially the carpets. Breakfast was great with good, quality local produce. Staff were friendly and attentive
