Highly recommend this charming b&b. Lovely comfy beds and a really warm welcome. Spent part of our evening in the bar served by the manager Pete. What a delight to have met him. We have stopped in many places in Falmouth but won't be doing in future, from now on we will be returning here. By far the best and friendliest b&b in Falmouth.

Just arrived home after a week here, chosen primarily due to cheaper rates on Expedia than an Airbnb. My room was comfortable and had a modern feel a good bathroom with a excellent shower. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is one of the best in Falmouth. During my stay we had the beast from the East and a late winter storm from the south west attack Falmouth on two fronts. Despite the adverse conditions 6 inches of snow and ice on the hill outside a good dusting on the palm trees a fully frozen car park the hotel managers kept the place running. We had some frozen pipe work but the staff managed to keep the place running. Definitely worth a look if visiting Falmouth.

Fantastic panorama from the dining room. would suggest booking a room with a sea view.

Fabulous newly refurbished room with sea view. Breakfast great. Excellent staff and Management. Will definitely go back.
