Ordered take away at 5ish tonight still sitting here 18:55 called guy said oh i was going to call driver at hospital he will deliver in about 45 mins I then said if he is in hospital how can he deliver he said oh em he is getting advice and em em . I said dnt treat me as if I am daft to which he said I dnt care if u believe me or not I shall cancel order. I said is my food ready he said no is said is my order still live he said no I had cancelled it before so I was waiting for nothing disgusting way to treat customer
Taking over 2 and a half hours to arrive was terrible service. We’ve tried this restaurant multiple times and it’s never arrived within the Uber generous allocated time slots of 35-65 minutes but taking roughly 150 minutes to arrive upon delivery when we live less then 10 minutes away was shocking service. We rang multiple times for updates and could not believe how slow service was for a Thursday evening not even a weekend order. Once you finally receive their food it’s an average Chinese but certainly not worth an indefensible wait of pushing 3 hours to deliver food for 2 people. Highly disappointed and would not ever recommend again. Do not order here. P.S I’ve never had to write a review until this terrible experience of a Chinese convinced me to write one.
Was a little disappointed with the food unfortunately; the chicken was very slimey in the chicken noodles I ordered which didn’t have much flavour and the noodles were very very thin. The sweet and sour veg was quite bland and watery also and the honey chicken was also quite bland. Just a little feedback for the future , we were very pleased that this takeaway was halal however as it is quite hard to find a halal Chinese just wish the food was a bit better, service was also quite fast think we waited less than 15mins.
Very small portion. Chicken was cooked but not well done, chicken satay skewer still had a pink discoloration. Food was floating in oil, extremely greasy. Delivery was 1hr30mins later than it showed on Uber Eats. If I hadn't got a discount, I would probably give it 1 star.
ordered through just eat. Said my food had arrived which it didn’t so I called the takeaway and staff was so rude was told that my buzzer was pressed , they tried to call and they chapped my door when they never! I have a camera on my door also and it hasn’t picked anyone up near my door! he said in order for me to get my food I was to pay them extra!!!
Very unacceptable food today. Ordered crispy shredded chilli chicken was stale, dry and was soaked in some sort of sticky sauce probably to cover up the unedeble food. Now the salt and chilli chicken was equally dry and stale. How the chef had the audacity to let this food leave the kitchen. Next we ordered singaporean VEGETARIAN RICE very specifically ordered vegetarian. This dish arrived with chicken and prawns through it!! This dish was also terribly prepared. The plain chowmein and fried rice were a 4 out of 10. What a WASTE of money!
Its a takeaway now but the food is clean and very tasty. Had 6 times nowFood: 5/5
The lemon tree has gone downhill in recent years both in terms of food and the service. To the owners. If you are going to promote your take away as one that offers gluten free at least have an area of the menu where I can see gluten free options. On a side note, the dude behind the counter who takes the orders needs to take a customer service course.
Food is amazing and a variety of options available. The portion size are large and prices are extremely reasonable.Food: 5/5
Do not try to order from this restaurant on Uber eats. Poor service, maturity and ability to deliver. Accepts orders then closes store.Service: 1/5
