Placed a order online took payment but no received so called no answer on the phone so went down to the place to see it closed due to a family circumstances but should be posted online saying place down without taking my money I'm so disappointed as I don't normally have this issue. Like my refund back please thanks
Ordered over £30 of food and it never arrived and the money has been took from my account. Called restaurant multiple times, either line busy or place is now unavailable. Disgusting. Would recommend to avoid.Food: 1/5
Food was good however I have been left extremely disappointed in the way the delivery driver spoke to me. I am not looking for vip treatment however I do not expect to be told this is the worst place I have ever had to deliver to. Now fair enough, I understand people can have a bad day yet as someone who works in retail and is someone that knows how to treat people in a positive and friendly manner regardless of the kind of shift they are having, I found his attitude totally unacceptable and unfortunately if I was to order again from the takeaway, I would want to make sure I got someone other this driver as this whole incident has left a bad taste in my mouth regardless of the standard of food.
Woman on the phone is always lovely. This is the third time we have ordered from lucky cottage and the food is always unreal! Amazing salt and pepper dishes. Free prawn crackers and even some spring rolls tossed in! Now our Chinese of choice

First time trying Wonton soup!!! Delicious!!! I always get prawns in batter, but wanted to try something different. I will be using Lucky Cottage from now on. Perfection!!!
Delicious tofu dishes, vegetables are always fresh and tasty. Quick and very friendly service, food always piping hot. Good price. Chilli chips are an absolute highlight.
Food is always fresh and prepared to a high standard. Definitely one of the best in the area. They also pre-ordered me a dish that wasn't on their menu. Top class. Definitely recommend them to all.
