Used to visit when LDotR was based in Low Fell and the food is still just as good. Service was a little too slow, especially given the low number of people that were in at the time. Will still be making return visits.  Starters shown, but forgot to photograph the mains, so you just get an empty plate!  Limited parking directly outside and other restrictions nearby, so you may ha e to park a bit further away.

We have been here multiple times and satisfied everytime.  This review is from our most recent dine in. We ordered onion bhaji, keema naan, chapati, tikka masala with rice. Papadoms which the kids loved staff was also generous to give moree. Generous serving, good food.  Happy with all the food we ordered. Everything is halal.

Arranged a takeaway on NYE, ordered at 16:00 for collection at 19:30, did not receive food until 22:10. It was extremely busy but this was expected due to it being NYE. The worst part however was that even though me and some other customers had been waiting well over 2 hours and staff repeating themselves saying “it shouldn’t be too long now, other customers were coming in and being given their food within 10-15 minutes! This is not good enough and there is simply no explanation for this happening. I was told that I would receive a call from the restaurant to discuss compensation as nothing was offered at the time however I am still waiting for a call. Once I am contacted and this is resolved, I will update this review. All of this aside the food was spot on as usual.

Pre ordered our meals at 4.30 to be delivered at 6pm.  It arrived at 6.50  One of the main meals was missing the chips were bruised and dry. Rice was dry. It cost £50 and it was very disappointing. We’ve eaten in this place a few times and it’s always been a lovely restaurant but I will never be ordering again for delivery. Not edible at all.

Excellent food, lovely surroundings and attentive service. Would definitely recommend and we will go back.

I ordered a takeaway for NYE it was extremely busy and I had to wait longer than usual but the staff were amazing, polite, courteous and very professional. It was really busy and they appeared to have a system that worked. Well done themFood: 5/5

Best Indian takeaway we have had in a while. The pickle tray sauces were high quality, the naan bread delicious too. The chicken tikka and tikka saag were both lovely. Pleasant service too. Will definitely use this takeaway again

Great experience, wonderful food, full of flavour and so glad to see place busy, vibrant with people waiting for a table to become free.

This Restaurant is a local area joy The surrounding are very pleasant The food is fantastic The staff are polite & Friendly One of the best if not the best Indian Restaurants In the Gosforth+Ponteland area

Only been once.  Had a chicken tikka sag, pilau rice and chips.  Was reasonably priced and very nice.  Staff were nice and it's handy for home.  Will be back Food: 5/5
