Excellent atmosphere. A modern approach to the old fashioned style pub. Good food. Friendly staff. Hosts enjoy being part of the local community.

Under new management, Ralph and Linda have lived in the village for yonks and have now taken on the pub with much local support. 
It's a proper old fashioned pub with good beer and friendly locals and I have high hopes for the traditional pub menu which comes on line at Easter, once the kitchen etc. is all sorted out.

EDIT: Couple of years on now and Ralph, Linda and family are doing a great job. Good beer and food, friendly locals, give it a go.
